Police Athletic League The Police Athletic League Unit (PAL) is a non-profit organization affiliated with the St. Louis County Police Department. It's goal is to build strong relationships between sworn police officers and the youth of the communities served through a range of activities. Activities include basketball, archery, fishing, boxing, ballet, flag football, swim lessons, mentoring sessions, after-school fitness clubs, summer camps, and more.
