Clinical Contributors Dr Ardeshir Bayat has 20 years experience as a clinician scientist and has focused on skin health, scarring and regeneration. He is currently based at the University of Manchester., where he researches and lectures on the formation of scars. Sara Ud-Din obtained her nursing honours degree from the University of Manchester, completed an MSc in Advanced Nursing Studies, pursued a career in research and is now part of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Research (Bayat Research Group). Dr Galyna Selezneva is an aesthetic medical doctor at the Dr Rita Rakus clinic in London. She specialises in non-invasive procedures for the face and body, using the latest technology including the fat-freezing CoolSculpting treatment. Dr Souphiyeh Samizadeh is a dental surgeon who is actively involved with research into aesthetic medicine. She is an honorary clinical teacher at King’s College London and the clinical director of the Revivify London clinic. Dr Sam Robson trained as a GP and began her aesthetics career in 2004. She is the medical director of Temple Medical in Aberdeen, an appraiser for the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and a medical advisor for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. Qura Shah completed her master’s at the School of Medical Sciences at the University of Aberdeen. She currently works as a clinical therapist at Temple Medical with patients on medically-monitored weight reduction programmes. Dr Simran Deo is a GP with further qualifications in dermatology and aesthetics, holding a diploma in dermatology from Cardiff University. She is currently the owner and director of True Tone Aesthetics in Windsor. Dr David Jack graduated from the University of Glasgow, is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is currently an aesthetic practitioner based between his clinics in Harley Street in London and Scotland. Dr Richard Marques is a dentist and aesthetic practitioner, specialising in the mouth area. He operates from his Wimpole Street Dental Clinic off Harley Street and has worked to perfect many celebrities’ smiles. Dr Harryono Judodihardjo is the medical director of the Cellite Clinic in Cardiff and specialises in liposuction hair transplant, lasers and injectable treatments. He obtained his master’s and PhD in dermatology from the University of Wales College of Medicine.
