Based at our state-of-the-art facility near Chester, United Kingdom, Aerocare is a wellestablished Part-145 provider of high quality maintenance, modification, paint, interior and AOG services to customers across the business jet industry, on a global scale.

Aerocare has a wide range of capabilities and experience in all aspects of business jet maintenance.
Our main hangar offers over 27 thousand sq. ft of approved facilities supported by strong service provisions and modern maintenance technology and systems, comfortably supporting up to five business jets at any one time, while our customers relax in the designated customer waiting lounge and comfortable surroundings.
Our second hangar provides access for casualty jets and AOGs. It is perfectly placed next to our maintenance hangar for immediate access to help get your business jet up and running again, safely and efficiently.

The Aerocare maintenance team provide direct support from leading OEMs and technical representation including immediate access to maintenance data, suppliers and technical support teams all over the world, carefully processed and managed by a designated planning department.

Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Support
AOG and line maintenance support is available to our customers throughout the EMEA region and beyond.
Our dedicated engineers, working to a “rapid response” maxim, will provide technical services, diagnostic support and component replacement to recover your aircraft to a flight ready status. The AOG response team can be deployed worldwide, providing maintenance, servicing and logistic support.
Aerocare has a dedicated hotline ready to assist you with any AOG support throughout the EMEA region 7 days a week. The team take great pride in returning your aircraft to a serviceable condition quickly, ensuring as little disruption to your schedule as possible.
We can provide support at any UK airport, on demand, with our vehicle response unit for the simplest of requirements, including nitrogen/oxygen servicing.

Paint
Our paint services help to maintain the value, integrity and safety of your aircraft. Our commitment to quality at each stage of the process is paramount, with our highly trained designers and technicians on hand to make our customers vision a reality.
Aerocare handle all your paint requirements
We pride ourselves in the array of paint services we provide our customers, and the high quality and expert finish we deliver every time. We can provide custom designs, current factory paint schemes as well as general refreshes, touch ups or registration number changes.
With a wingspan width of up to 22 meters easily accommodated, complemented by a temperature-controlled environment using a dry filtered air service flow to prevent contamination to painted surfaces, the Aerocare painting division has a proven track record of immaculate performance, including but not limited to Hawkers, LearJets, Phenom 300, King Air, Praetor 600, Legacy 600 and Falcon 2000 EX.
Additional hangarage for business jet prepainting preparation services are supported with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and equally measured friendly environmental consideration, including separate paint booths for component overhaul.

Interior Refurbishment

We offer complete cabin overhauls and refurbishments, or smaller cabin upgrades. Our highly skilled team handcraft almost all items in-house ensuring the highest quality finish every time.
We can provide:
• Aircraft interior manufacture, repair, and overhaul, completed to the highest standard by our highly skilled team.
• All work is completed using OEM materials and processes, ensuring quality, longevity and compliance to the stringent requirements demanded by the aviation industry.
• Aircraft reconfiguration and updates, working with DOA partners to realise the dreams and aspirations of our customers.
• Galley, wardrobe, cabin door, table, vanity unit, crew cabinet, repair and overhaul, any interior component can be refurbished to its original condition or in fact, exceeded.
• Minor repairs, strip and relacquer through to full re-veneer of complete cabin to our customers’ requirements.
• Carpet and upholstery repair or replacement, including seats, sidewalls, and roof panels.

Customer Case Study
Aerocare worked with AeroVisto, the project included a luxury internal refit and the painting of a striking golden livery.
AirX turned to Aerocare after being commissioned by the aircraft owner to replicate the custom gold livery

“of their existing Boeing Business Jet (BBJ), even down to the specific paint type. Aerocare also managed the removal and re-installation of the new interior, which was created by AeroVisto to match the look and feel of the BBJ at its facility in Switzerland.
Our partnership with Aerocare on this project has been a journey of shared values. Wehavewitnessedfirsthandtheircommitmenttoexcellence,mirroringourown,as wecollaborativelyredefinedtheboundariesofaircraftdesignandaestheticappeal. This project is a testament to what can be achieved when industry partners work togethertoenvisionsomethingcompellingfromanowner’sbrief.
Working from photos of the existing BBJ design, Aerocare created a rendering of the complex golden livery for use on the smaller jet. To match the specific Mankiewicz paint of the original, the team liaised directly with Embraer to gain specialist approval for the required non-standard paint system. Carrying out the work from its dedicated paint shop, Aerocare was able to deliver a near perfect replica of the original.
The removal of the existing interior also took place at Aerocare’s MRO facility, before being shipped to AeroVisto in Switzerland. The new bespoke interior was created in partnership with Parisian designer, Champeau & Wilde. Once the individual elements were complete, Aerocare and AeroVisto coordinated their redelivery back to Chester to be re-installed in the aircraft.
