he 108± acre Vogelzang Vineyard property presents an incredible and unique opportunity to own an awardwinning vineyard in a world-class wine region. The 75± acres of vines produce mostly Bordeaux varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc, besides the Rhone varietals Mourvedre, Grenache, and Viognier. A vertical trellis system with heavyduty gauge wire allows dense vine spacing, and thus more vines per acre. Pioneering vintners use this technique to encourage a vineyard environment that nurtures the growth of exquisite fruit.
