With this recent update, the Dynamic 365combines Microsoft’s CRM with its ERP functions. On the CRM side the app includes Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. On the ERP side it includes finance and operational functions. You can license what you need for your organisation. The navigation for the apps has been simplified. The apps are completely customised. You can pick and choose what you need and create a composite app according to your organisational needs. Some other notable updates are: Mobile enhancements: The app has been created to invoke a workspace on your mobile. You can prioritise tasks, add to your ‘Favorites’, make notes and so on. The layout has been made compact and provides more options for customisation. Not only does it integrate offline functions, it also allows the use of various devise tools like camera and multimedia. Integration with Outlook: It has completely integrated Outlook mail functions like contacts, recipient pics,designation, company name, business phone etc. Other additions include relevant search and easier attachments. It added a preview of Relationship Insights, which integrates information from various customer interaction tools like Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. It collates all important functions in one
