Integration with Outlook: It has completely integrated Outlook mail functions like contacts, recipient pics,designation, company name, business phone etc. Other additions include relevant search and easier attachments.

It added a preview of Relationship Insights, which integrates information from various customer interaction tools like Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. It collates all important functions in one

ready to access and use format. The features acts as a virtual assistant, reminding you of important commitments or plans.

The feature Email engagement acts as an email assistant, helping you to compose messages, choose message template, send scheduled mails and even inform you about recipient’s reception.
