Lots of people would know me as the boy that fishes everywhere and everyday in Coomera Waters, whether it is in my kayak or on my bike, riding around fishing off the land. I love living in Coomera Waters as I can fish everyday if I want. Dad, Mum, my sister and I all joined the new Coomera Waters Fishing Club and we get to fish together now every month in the fishing competition. I caught a 53cm Flathead and a 35cm Bream last come and I am leading the kids part of the competition. I also went to my first fishing club meeting at the Coomera Waters Tavern with dad the other night. It was fun, and the members are friendly and gave me some fishing spots to try. I can’t wait to fish with dad in the Father’s Day competition coming up Sunday. We are all going fishing together on Father’s Day and hopefully we can catch some snapper and flathead and eat them for dinner. Perry.
