About the Founder Founder and Managing Director Jonathan Amoia brings an unparalleled breadth and depth of experience to the stewardship of exceptional family wealth. He takes a highly engaged, hands-on approach to designing thoughtful business succession and transition strategies, rigorously evaluating both public and private investment opportunities, and ensuring that each decision advances not only defined financial objectives but also the broader purpose and legacy of the family.

Amoia is also committed to supporting the transition to next-generation wealth, actively guiding children and grandchildren in developing financial acumen, disciplined decision-making, and a clear understanding of their responsibilities as future stewards of family assets.

He holds the CPWA® designation from Yale School of Management and the CEPA® designation from the Exit Planning Institute. Amoia has been recognized on Forbes’ Best-In-State Wealth Advisors lists from 2021 to 2025, and on the Next-Gen list in 2019.

He received an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester and a BS from SUNY New Paltz, where he graduated with honors and served as Student Body President.
