On April 13, the first aircraft to arrive at their runway, its scheduled arrival date had been shortened due to problems in the control panels and the problem of "aircraft handling a hydraulic imbalance, which occurred due to low speed operation of the Airbus A350-200ER." The problem with a hydraulically located aircraft, which caused a hydraulic imbalance, was in the control panels only; it had no hydraulic control, and the runway and the control panels were unable to act against hydraulic faults. A company representative contacted the company informing them that the hydraulic balance on the second aircraft would not need to be corrected, and that an additional aircraft was scheduled to arrive to the runway.
