Message from Chair Adventure Emirates was founded on the purpose of promoting UAE experiences to the travellers coming for a holiday. Adventure Emirates believed tourist needed access to relevant information, local contacts and pictures to be able to choose the tours they would like. As a Board Member for the last five years, and Chair for the past year, I have witnessed the significant growth in the awareness and use of Adventure Emirates.

New programs, such as the UAE Tours Guides serve to inspire and connect tour guides across the UAE to serve the tourist better and it allow the tourist to choose their preferred guide with the offered languages .

Also it serves as profile pages for tour guides in UAE which help and support across the UAE community.

Highlights 2016-2017 To better serve Adventure Emirates community, Adventure Emirates strives for excellence in its services, Desert tours and activities, romantic dinners, falconry experiences travel information and special UAE tours. Ending February 28, 2017, Adventure Emirates finished another year of growth and improvements in developing ways to better serve holiday comers and residence to & in United Arab Emirates. Below is an overview of Adventure Emirates achievements this past year

Adventure Emirates excels at guest satisfaction by providing excellent guest service combined with a wide range of products and services to meet the changing needs of holiday comers and residents. Throughout the year, guest satisfaction remained above 91 per cent paralleling the performance of the previous three years A total of 15,898 guests were served by Adventure Emirates in 2016-2017, a 14 per cent increase over last year. This includes 30,215 inquiries total inquiries, 16,171 phone inquiries, 2,317 guest served through e-mail & direct booking through website 11,637. Adventure Emirates also saw a 32 per cent increase in online bookings and a 65 per cent increase in phone inquiries Adventure Emirates introduce book now and pay on arrival feature, which help the tourist to book their tours instantly with their credit cards details and having the facility paying on arrival.

All the travellers feel comfortable to book with us and during the customer survey 53 % guest opt for book now and pay on arrival, 27 % online payment & 20 % opt for on the spot credit card payment option Adventure Emirates partner with Rezdy, to manage all the products & availabilities in one place with the modern booking software. It allows the entire product managers to upload and manage all the tours more efficiently. Reservation team uses the modern manifest facility to cross check the bookings with the operation team.
