Jennifer Caputo

Jennifer has served in alumni engagement leadership roles of progressive responsibility at Princeton for more than a decade. A graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, her prior professional experience included positions at the Lawn Tennis Association (U.K.), Macy’s Parade and Annual Events, and several roles at Major League Baseball. She is an ardent supporter of numerous charities including Refugees International, and Bega Kwa Bega in Iringa, Tanzania, where her parents lived and worked for many years. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Jennifer now lives in Princeton, with her husband Michael (University of Notre Dame ’91), their children, Calvin (Williams ’24), Maxwell (Richmond ’24) and Tessa (Fairfield ‘28), and their dogs, Bear and Goose.

Livia arrived on campus in January 2008 as senior associate director for regions, affiliated groups, and the Princeton Prize in Race Relations. She brought with her 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and events planning. She has worked at Merrill Lynch, Saatchi & Saatchi, Manufacturers Hanover Trust and La Petite Fete, her own events management and catering firm. A passionate volunteer, Livia currently sits on the Board of Trustee of Wesleyan University and the Historical Society of Princeton. She grew up in Princeton and lives in town with her husband Joe. They have two daughters Perry (Williams College ’15) and Delia (Skidmore College ’25) and Westie puppy Coco. Livia enjoys cooking, exploring farmer’s markets, playing games, visiting Perry in NYC and Delia in Saratoga Springs.

A native of Princeton, Joy joined the Alumni Engagement team in September 2014 to support our regional associations, affinity groups, and the Princeton Prize in Race Relations program. In 2017, she moved into the events team, where she was involved in planning and executing signature alumni events including Alumni Day, affinity conferences, regional presidential gatherings, and Reunions. She officially joined the Reunions team in April 2022. Joy began her career at Princeton University Press, managing the production of paperback editions and reprints, and then worked for 15 years in off-premise catering, planning and coordinating weddings, fundraising galas, and many events here on campus. She has a B.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University and loves traveling, cooking, and anything dog related. She lives in Princeton with her husband Stephen, son Charlie (Temple ’26), and an 11-year-old terrier mix named Percy.

Traci joined Alumni Engagement in November 2023 as the associate director of affinity programs. With an extensive background in planning events, her higher education work experience includes planning alumni and donor events for The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and planning signature alumni events for The George Washington University. Additionally, she planned business development events for Morgan Lewis, LLP, and fundraising events for WAMU 88.5 American University Radio, the NPR affiliate station in Washington, DC. Traci received a bachelor’s in communication studies from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. A Southern California native, Traci now lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Chris. She enjoys spending time with family, nature, books, playing tennis, and exploring new cuisines.

Kristin began working for Alumni Engagement in January 2005 as the assistant to the regional affairs team where she connected with alumni through regional engagement, University events with the president, and through the Alumni Schools Committee. In 2017, she became the graduate alumni relations coordinator. In this role, she assists in connecting Ph.D. and master’s alumni back to the University. She also enjoys helping to find creative ways to engage current graduate students so they will continue to connect with Princeton after they have graduated. She is a New Jersey native and has been coming to Princeton for football games since she was a little girl. She currently lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with her partner Tim, their collie Phineas, and two cats, Calcifer and Tinkerbelle.

Jessica Cragnolin

Jessica joined the alumni engagement team in December 2023 as the associate director on the Reunions team. Prior to, Jessica worked within the Office of the President at Columbia University for over a decade spearheading presidential programs and events, most recently leading the annual planning and execution of the University's Commencement Week events each May. Before her career in academia, Jessica was a public relations specialist for 10+ years representing a variety of well-known figures and name brands in various roles at agencies and publishing companies in Manhattan. Jessica received her bachelor’s in communications from LaSalle University. A native of the general Princeton area and after 20+ years of New York City area living, she moved to Bucks County Pennsylvania with her family in 2021. She enjoys taking hikes, bike riding, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband, daughter (Clara), son (Dylan) and golden retriever puppy (Charlie Buttercup Cragnolin).

Natalia joined the Alumni Engagement team in September 2022 as the coordinator for alumni communities. In this role, she supports Alumni Schools Committee (ASC) and regional association volunteers, and serves as a staff liaison to both the Committee on Regional Associations (CORA) and Princeton Schools Committee (PSC). Before Princeton, she worked at higher education institutions in the Washington metropolitan area. Natalia earned a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in criminal justice and public policy, and an M.A. in education and human development, with a focus in higher education administration, from The George Washington University. A native of Upstate New York, she has enjoyed exploring all that New Jersey has to offer with Szymon, her husband and college sweetheart.

Kim joined Alumni Engagement in March 2017. For most of her career, Kim worked at Pfizer Inc., primarily in the areas of corporate philanthropy and social responsibility. She developed and managed several global health and employee engagement programs. Prior to joining Princeton, Kim was the executive director for the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. Kim is a Tar Heel and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in speech communications and from Teachers College, Columbia University with a M.A. in organizational psychology. Kim and her husband Matt live in Princeton with their dog Murphy and have three adult children: Colin (Furman ’18), Tim (Princeton ’22), and Kathryn (Furman ’24). The Frawley family has lived in Princeton for 25+ years and enjoys frequenting some of their favorite hangouts around town like Small World, the Bent Spoon, Conte’s Pizza, and the Princeton Garden Theatre.

Rahsaan Harris ’95

Rahsaan joined Alumni Engagement in May 2024. He is responsible for informing, involving, and inspiring Princeton’s global community of graduate alumni. Rahsaan partners with the Graduate School, academic departments, and the Association of Graduate Princeton Alumni to align engagement efforts. Prior to Princeton, he served as CEO of Citizens Committee for New York City and held leadership roles at the Emma Bowen Foundation and The Atlantic Philanthropies. Rahsaan earned his bachelor's degree from Princeton University, a master’s in management from NYU, a master’s in High School Science Education from Columbia University, and a doctorate in Public and Urban Policy from the New School. He is the president of the Princeton Class of 1995 and has actively engaged in various alumni volunteer activities, such as the Princeton Connect Steering Committee, an initiative to engage Black alumni. Rahsaan lives in Hopewell, NJ, with his wife and daughter and is an avid soccer fan.

As Assistant Director of Alumni Education and Travel, Ann oversees a variety of Alumni Education programs within the Department of Alumni Education and Travel. A graduate of the University of Michigan, her career in higher education has included positions at the University of Vermont and The College of New Jersey before joining Alumni Engagement in 2018. Ann grew up in Princeton and her father was a Princeton graduate who worked for Princeton University in Annual Giving. A lifetime friend of Princeton Swimming, Ann is an avid swimmer and participant in the Princeton Area Masters Program. She has two daughters, Alissa (Wake Forest ’14, Vanderbilt ’21) and Mariah (Wesleyan ’17) who she enjoys visiting in California.

Katherine Kennedy

Kat joined Alumni Engagement as an associate director of regional affairs in December 2017. She has over 10 years’ experience in the non-profit health arena where she developed and managed a range of events and educational offerings in collaboration with a broad network of volunteers at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, the Arthritis Foundation and the National Kidney Foundation. Kat earned a B.A. from Montclair State University in justice studies and a M.S.W. from Rutgers University School of Social Work. Kat is an avid cyclist and also enjoys hiking at U.S. national parks, playing tennis, and boogie boarding down the shore. She enjoys cheering on the women’s national soccer team and her favorite travel destination is Nantucket during the off-season. Kat is a proud New Jersey native and lives with her husband, Chris, and their cats Reza and Hanzo in Metuchen.

Leda is the director of marketing and client relations on the Advancement Communications team responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies driving engagement of the University’s alumni and friends. She provides oversight and develops strategies for website and print materials, large-scale event communications, digital content, as well as oversees the overall strategy, training and onboarding of alumni volunteers on the new TigerNet platform. She also serves as staff liaison to the Alumni Council’s Communications and Technology Committee (CAT). Previously, she led the communication efforts at the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies and at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and has held numerous editorial roles in magazine publishing. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications from Drexel and currently lives in Bucks County with her husband Don and silky terrier, Jack. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and visiting her daughter Katya ’22, who now lives in Washington, D.C.

Erika Knudson

Erika has been with Princeton Advancement for 11 years, and has led the Advancement Communications team since 2015, crafting communications and marketing strategies to support alumni engagement and overseeing Venture Forward campaign communications. A graduate of the University of Wyoming, Erika's career has included advising student journalists at the University of Wyoming, public relations positions at the Indiana State School Boards Association and in the Marion County Health Department in Indianapolis, and more than 15 years at Indiana University in various communications roles. Prior to coming to Princeton, she was Director of Marketing Strategy and Client Relations for the Indiana University Office of Communications. She is a big supporter of animal welfare issues and animal shelters, loves art museums, and is active in her neighborhood civic association in the Cadwalader Heights neighborhood of Trenton. She lives in a historic home in the neighborhood with her husband, Henry Schilb, who is an art historian and researcher at Princeton's Index of Medieval Art.

Emily joined Alumni Engagement in March 2018 as the assistant director of affinity groups, and as of September 2022, serves as the associate director of affinity programs. She previously worked at Stanford Alumni Association as their manager of student and young alumni outreach, and at the University of Virginia Alumni Association as their assistant director of student and young alumni programs. She earned a B.S. in secondary education of English from Oklahoma State University and an M.Ed. in higher education from the University of Virginia. In her free time, Emily enjoys golfing, cooking, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Cavaliers and Cowboys with her husband, Scott, sons James (4 years old) and Jack (2 years old) and their cat Maggie.

Hannah Marino

Hannah joined University Advancement temporarily in September 2022, before coming on permanently in July 2023 as the Alumni Services Assistant. In this role, she trains and onboards alumni volunteers to the TigerNet platform and provides ongoing support as they build and manage their group websites. Prior to Princeton, Hannah earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management from Caldwell University and earned her master’s degree in marketing with a concentration in social media from Southern New Hampshire University while at Princeton. Born and raised in New Jersey, Hannah now lives in Pennsylvania and enjoys spending time with her beloved dog Ollie, hiking, coaching youth soccer, and working out.

Jeanine joined Alumni Engagement in 2019 supporting Alumni Council Executive Committee meetings, Alumni Day, and Reunions. Her prior experience includes positions as dean of student central at DeVry University in North Brunswick, New Jersey; senior associate ombudsman for DeVry Education Group in Downers Grove, Illinois; and director of customer relations for platinum and international accounts at LexisNexis/Martindale- Hubbell in New Providence, New Jersey. Jeanine earned her B.A. in communications from Marywood University. She resides in South Brunswick, New Jersey, with her daughter, Nicole, who graduated in May 2021 earning a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island; her son, Danny, who is a senior pursuing a degree in music with a concentration in the music industry at Monmouth University; and finally, her rescue dog, a Bichon Frise named Finnegan who is 11 years old and who joined her family as a puppy.

Jonathan joined Alumni Engagement in September 2023 as a temp with Affinity Programs and now serves as the Coordinator of Affinity Programs. In this role, Jonathan supports all alumni affinity groups and programs, including alumni conferences and the Princeton Prize in Race Relations (PPRR). He received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and his Global MBA degree from Cabrini University while being a dual sport athlete (golf and tennis) and a resident assistant (RA). He currently lives in Pennsylvania. Jonathan is an avid golfer, enjoys traveling, and loves to spend time with family and friends.

Cathy joined the Alumni Engagement in August 2016, bringing extensive experience in event planning, membership services, hospitality, and the travel industry. Her career spans work with international tour companies, private clubs, hotels and international schools. Before her tenure at Princeton, Cathy managed events, marketing, and membership for ClubCorp's private clubs across New Jersey, Georgia, and North Carolina and worked for a destination management company in Chicago. Additionally, she spent several years with Intrav and Clipper Cruise Lines, leading groups on luxury tours in over 35 countries, and with Putney Student Travel, where she planned and led academic student travel programs. Cathy holds dual citizenship in the United States and France and has lived in India, France, and Spain. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in psychology and anthropology. Originally from New Jersey, she now resides in Doylestown, PA with her family.

Steph joined Advancement Communications in 2021 as alumni services specialist, where she supports alumni volunteers and the greater alumni body on all things TigerNet and serves as a staff liaison to the Committee on Communications and Technology. From 2017 – 2021, in her role on the regional affairs team, Steph was a staff liaison to the Committee on Regional Associations and the Princeton Schools Committee. Prior to working at Princeton, Steph was a program analyst and project manager at Mathematica Policy Research. She previously worked in fundraising and as a caseworker for former U.S. Congressman Rush Holt (NJ-12). Steph grew up in Lawrenceville and has been immersed in Princeton’s culture since her competitive youth swimming years at DeNunzio pool and has attended events at the University her whole life. She holds a dual B.A. in international relations and sociology from Syracuse University and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Penn State. In her free time, Steph enjoys grilling, cooking, going “down the shore,” and spending time with her husband Josh, their daughters Maya, Natalie, and their dogs Rica and Biscuit.

Yolanda Silva

Yolanda joined Alumni Engagement in September, 2022. She has worked in alumni relations for 20 years, most recently as the Senior Director for Global and Diversity Engagement at Columbia University, responsible for the creation and oversight of 100+ global clubs and diversity engagement groups. Her experience also includes seven years at New York University, building the NYU Global Alumni Clubs network from the ground up, and seven years at IE University, a top-5 University in Europe. Yolanda holds a B.S. in industrial engineering and an M.B.A. from IE Business School. She has lived and worked in three countries and has traveled to more than sixty countries. Besides traveling, she enjoys dancing, playing tennis and hiking. Yolanda lives in Princeton with her husband Arturo and their 7-year-old son, Daniel. It is likely you will run into them while in town, as they love attending community events.

Tamika Smith

Tamika's 19-year career in higher education began at Smith College, where she earned her B.A. and served as a multicultural recruitment intern and residence life head resident. She has worked as an event coordinator at Mount Holyoke College, Columbia Law School, and Sidney Kimmel Medical College, honing her skills in creating impactful experiences for students and alumni. In 2017, Tamika joined Princeton University’s Office of Advancement as the Alumni Engagement Regional Affairs team administrator. She forged key partnerships with alumni affinity groups, organized alumni conferences, and supported the Princeton Prize in Race Relations. Tamika became the Assistant Director of the Princeton Prize program in 2022. Originally from Camden, NJ, Tamika enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time with her partner Daniel and their 13-year-old daughter, Makayla.

A graduate of Connecticut College, Mibs grew up in Princeton within walking distance of campus. Her grandfather, uncle and two first cousins are Princeton graduates; her father was in the administration for many years, and her mother worked at the Alumni Council (in Maclean House!) for several years. Her administrative experiences at private secondary schools include serving as the director of parent programs at the Lawrenceville School from 1999 to 2002 and the international student coordinator at Mercersburg Academy from 2002 to 2005. Mibs joined Princeton’s Office of Alumni Affairs in October 2005 as Reunions coordinator. Mibs and her husband, Chris Price ’83, and their five children, PJ (Connecticut College), Charlotte (University Virginia ’16), Everett (Princeton University ’16), Jordan (Indiana University ’20), Cheney (Carnegie Mellon University ’23), and two dogs Sophie and Louie especially enjoy spending time in Falmouth, Massachusetts, and on the small island of North Haven, Maine.

Bridget brought her extensive background in both international experiential learning and higher education program administration to the Alumni Engagement team in 2015. As Director of Education and Travel, Bridget oversees a portfolio of programs that connect alumni to the University's teaching and research mission on campus, online, and on the road. Previously, she served as a senior program officer for the Foreign Fulbright Program at the Institute of International Education in New York, where she was responsible for all aspects of program operations and international commission negotiations. Prior to her tenure at IIE, Bridget worked at Travel Weekly magazine in Sydney, Australia where she developed a keen understanding of the tourism industry. An intrepid explorer, enthusiastic runner, and self-professed “old soul,” Bridget is an alumna of the University of Miami and holds a master’s in international studies from the University of Limerick in Ireland.

In addition to supporting all class officers on a daily basis, Dottie’s responsibilities include coordinating the Service of Remembrance on Alumni Day, Old Guard Reunions, processing class mailings, printing and reporting, and is a liaison to the Class Affairs Committee. She lives in Hamilton with her husband Bill (Gettysburg ’70), and has two daughters, four grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. A loyal Tiger fan, Dottie begins her 44th year at Princeton University this year.

Amanda M. Williams

Amanda joined Alumni Engagement in September 2023 as director for volunteer engagement. Amanda is responsible for administering the alumni trustee election process, supporting Princeton’s advisory councils in partnership with the Office of the Dean of Faculty, and assisting teams across campus as they develop and maintain a robust pipeline of alumni for entrylevel to senior volunteer opportunities. Prior to joining Princeton, Amanda was a leadership member of NYU’s volunteer engagement team and has also held advancement roles with Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Institute and School of Education. Amanda received her bachelor’s in vocal performance from West Chester University, her master’s and performance certificates in vocal performance from Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, and her graduate certificate in nonprofit management from the Krieger School of the Johns Hopkins University. Amanda and her husband Scott live in Hamiton, NJ and enjoy good music, books, food, and conversation.
