EVALUATION OF 2018-2020 CHIP IMPACT – ST. JOSEPH HOSPITAL OF ORANGE This report evaluates the impact of the 2018-2020 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Mission Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital of Orange and St. Jude Medical Center responded to community needs by making investments of direct funding, time, and resources to internal and external programs dedicated to addressing the previously prioritized needs using evidence-based and leading practices.
