ALLIANCE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

AVP VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

A Grateful Reflection

The Adult Resource Alliance would be a very different organization without the willing, caring, creative individuals who commit themselves to helping, honoring and advocating for senior programs and the people that benefit from them. We are grateful for each and every AVP volunteer who helps to strengthen the mission of the Alliance and other partner organizations in Yellowstone County. ☛ Elizabeth adores her Meals on Wheels delivery drivers, she says they are all so warm and kind. On the day of her birthday, her driver sang Happy Birthday to her. And that really made her smile!

☛ Alice loves receiving a phone call from her Phone Buddy. They laugh, share stories, chitchat about their favorite foods and movies and buzz about a whole lot more.

☛ Getting around is not easy for Eileen, so having a Panty Pal has made it possible for her to fill her cupboards again. Her pal is friendly, kind, and always returns from the grocery store with the essentials and other goodies she looks forward to having on hand.

Be the Smile that Rouses a Smile, Become a Volunteer

ADULT RESOURCE ALLIANCE Meals on Wheels Substitute Delivery Drivers

ADULT RESOURCE ALLIANCE Pantry Pals Grocery Program

Billings/Billings Heights Shift: Weekdays One morning or afternoon, approximately 2.5-3 Hours

Seniors living in the Billings area really need you! Commit 3 hours every other week (only 6 hours a month) to being a Pantry Pal; a personal grocery shopper who helps a senior by doing their grocery shopping.

Volunteers bring the magic that inspires a smile, always uplifting those they serve.
