REPRESENTING BUYERS AND SELLERS OF LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY REQUIRES SO MUCH MORE THAN A REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET. Handling any real estate transaction at any price point requires complex skill. The agents at the top of their game work 24/7, constantly updating information on changing market conditions, maintaining relationships with financial sources, managing advertising and marketing for clients, and perhaps most importantly, serving as a sounding board for every client’s myriad list of concerns. I personally often feel like I am actually a psychologist with a California real estate license. Frankly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I want to be close to my clients, sharing a bond of trust and building lasting relationships. For this reason, I work alone. No assistant, no team, no associates to handle my business. This is a life practice that works for me, and I’m proud of my success as a result of adhering to my goal. I will work for you, and I will work with you at every turn of the transaction.
