The fifth facade texture It's significant to design rooftop carefully becacause it could be a visual focus from buildings among it. 1.Uplift for students crossing through
2.Set function box to attracting activities
3.Slope roof and skylights for exhibition

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CENTER ?
1.Height differences
Because of urban scale ,it's a growing trend to design complex buildings--putting mixed function together. This is a project aiming to become not only a scientific center but also a culture center.Furthermore, providing comfortable activity space for a large number of reserchers and visitors could be definitely beneficial under the whole context of this university city.
2.Steps fast,high effeciency
3.Ramps slow,low effeciency
3.Stretch it to a bigger scale to be a walking rooftop garden
4.From horizontal to vertical

Set main entrances in different directions from two road, forming public space respectively.
Put cafe and exhibition into the semi-enclosed space to be a view and funtion center attracting people.
According to 4 subjects divide tower into 4 blocks, and set public function(gymnasium, mobility library, lab) between every 2 blocks to improve circulation.

a typical chinese campus planning in uncomfortable large scale.
oversized area of plaza and grassland(including unexploited space) is in deep contrast with that of buildings. The isolation between open space and buildings makes the latter can not be used effectively.
Campus city was divided into 3 groups provided with dormitory and restaurant respectively, leaving the sports area in the southeast corner. The communication and connection among these groups are weak.

BLOCK CITY Setback social housing prototype design Social housing as an important practical topic in Austria, tries to meet different kinds of haibitants'demands.Among the all, setback social housing is for people to have a closer contact with nature. To reduce construction cost as much as possible,i limited every function into a 3m*3m box,and made a series of different types flexibly.

RAMMED EARTH DECONSTRUCTION
A refurbishment planning of a rammed earth village
The existing village buildings still remain the introverted spatial condition . The activities are restricted within this enclosed structure limiting public interactions and communications. This proposal suggests deconstructing the walls, space and the whole structure of village in order to form 4 new passages with various lighting atmosphere. This would also create ambiguous inside and outside spatial experience. Furthermore the demolished sectional wall will reveal the history and characters of the village. This new opening will enable public interactions and allow surprises in different corners of the village. And the deconstructed fragmented space will trigger new possibilities and lives in this ancient village.
Repeated Traditional village spatial form The only "public space" is paths.
