I am writing to express my interest in the Graphic Design position with Georgia Spine and Orthopedics. I am excited about the potential to work with an organization in the healthcare industry that exemplifies excellence. I have a passion for design, photography, and videography and would enjoy using my technical expertise to support the GOS and its affiliates’ marketing efforts. In my work experience I have utilized these skills and have a strong
track record of consistently creating work that aligns with established graphic standards with quick turnaround and limited budgets. I take extreme pride and ownership in producing work with the highest standards and I am confident I can bring this value to your organization.
I am a proficient Adobe Creative Suite user. The tools I use include Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premier Pro and After Effects. I am also proficient in the Microsoft Office and these tools include Outlook, Word, and Excel. I have developed the ability to work well with clients and exceed their expectations. I have a clean design execution and layout skills, can conceptualize ideas, and produce print, photography, and video collateral for all marketing initiatives. I am excellent at leveraging design assets that will allow me to manage multiple projects from conception to completion to meet necessary deadlines working in windows or mac environments.
My education and experience have taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I excel in team environments and enjoy being collaborative. I pride myself on utilizing my technical expertise. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be considered for a position with Georgia Spine and Orthopedics as a Graphic Designer. Skills & Experience
I utilize Adobe InDesign for layout. My use case is working in tandem with Photoshop when creating visual communications. This allows me to link my graphic elements which gives me more flexibility to update and manipulate those elements with my style and approach.
I utilize Adobe illustrator to create, manipulate, and vectorize images as graphic elements to be used as vector artwork. I have the ability to create clean 2D illustrations along with basic logos and icons. My approach to using this software is primarily to prepare vector files for layout.
I utilize Adobe Photoshop for photo editing , manipulation, and design development. My use case is where I prepare image files that I will later link in InDesign for final prep and output. If you notice I use the software in a synergistic way. They all have tools that work well together.
I utilize Adobe Premier to edit videos. I am an experience videographer that can create video content that impacts business objectives. I am experienced with DSLR’s and Video cameras. I have a clean editing style and can create motion graphics to increase production value.
I utilize Adobe After Effects by leveraging creative assets. I understand how to bring these assets in to the software and make the necessary edits to use in a project. I believe this is a critical part in increasing production value for an organization’s business content.
