1. Chop the cooked meat as much as possible, so that have to stay small.

2 . Add the yolks of the three eggs to the minced meat.
3. Beat the eggs whites until very firm snow, and add them gently so they don´t get off.
4. Spread an elongated cake mols with oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs. 5. Put in the oven -previously heated- to the bain marie and bake between 20 and 30 minutes.
6. Unmolde and serve with a tomato sauce aside.
