West Cecil Health Center 2019 marks 11 years of compassionate care for West Cecil Health Center. As a non-profit, WCHC’s mission is to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventive health care and improve the health care status of underserved, underinsured and non-insured members of the communities we serve. With locations in Conowingo, Perryville and Havre de Grace, West Cecil Health Center is committed to creating healthy communities where we live and serve. West Cecil Health Center currently provides the following services: primary care, behavioral health, dental, women’s health/GYN, navigation/ enrollment, transportation and bilingual/interpretation.
