How to Resolve Acrobat PDFMaker issue?

Click on the Word icon and select Run as administrator.

Now click on a blank document this will open a new page.

Go to file menu and select Options, a dialog box will open choose Add-ins. At the bottom of the page select the down arrow beside the Manage option and choose COMAdd-ins from the drop-down list and then hit the Go tab.

In the COM Add-ins tick and select the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Add-in and hit the ok button.

You can also create PDF with the Acrobat Distiller application, follow the below steps to create  

Go to the word document and select the file, then choose to print.

From the print dialog box, select a postscript printer, select a printer and then press ok to print the file.

    

In the Acrobat, select the ‘Advanced’ tab and then select Acrobat Distiller.

Now select a file and click on open and then choose all files.

Select PS or PRN file you created and open it.

Now rename it and locate the PDF file and continue.

Open the message.log file %Appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\Distiller [version number].
