About Me : An Architect with a Bachelor Degree from The German Jordanian University - Amman, Through Out my Studies I was Introduced to Various Methodologies and Streams of Architecture which has enhanced my skills in Understanding the Built Environment on Different Level.

In this Portfolio is a selection of Different Projects Designed through 2017 - 2020 , Illustrating Different Style Of Projects and Visualization.

Introduction : Nested above the Wathba Wetland reserve in the south east of Abu Dhabi, 3 nests arise to be a new home for the visitors coming from all around the world to experience the mesmerizing natural scenery & to land on the only Greater flamingos hometown in the middle east.

The project was supervised by the Principal architect of Paradigm DH along with the team and myself , My tasks were various through this project, such as : - Concept Creation - Scientific Research - Diagram Creation - 3D Modeling - Technical Drafting As team member, it was Dynamic and Colloborative to arrange with the team the delivery of each task, resulting an Honorable Mention for this project.

Nest Within Philosophy

Abu Dhabi Flamingo Visitor Center The Flamingo Visitor center is designed to showcase the falmingo’sidentity as a principal charachter in the reserve, embrace the different functions & compilment the earthysense of the context around.

Exotic, natural, environmental-friendly& sustainable were our key principles in the early design stages where the visitor does not only get exposed to more information about the Greater Flamingos rather than experiencing the whole environment through the architectural approach. we were very aware of the site’s sensitivity in terms of protecting the living species & the damage that might occur during the construction process. therefore, the three nests are constructed using 3D-printing technology to ensure time efficiency & to minimize both the pollutants in the resreve and the number of workers.

A mixture of mud, rice husk &straw, is used to stand as a solid material & to convey the earthy natural sense to the nests.

Introduction : Wadi Rum Archaeological Center & Interpretation Park is a Bachelor in Architecture Graduation Thesis which was a conceptual approach responding to the extraordinary content of Wadi Rum located in the south of Jordan. In addition to these layers the project seeks for enhancing a SocioEconomic aspect and framing the importance of the area.

The focus of the project is to point on the different layers that form the area such as : -Landscape -History -Archaeology -Geo-morphology In addtion of empowering the local society and engaging them regarding their knowledge in the area, becoming an integrated layer of the project.

The Concept

Limiting the penetration of the temple as a protection to it’s surface and Re-Imagining it using Structures Hosting activities and framing the importance of the temple as a historic evidence of the previous inhabitants and their choice of the area.

Creating multiple ehxibitions that interpretate the area and it’s layers.

Underground ,keeping the Intangible aspect of the area (Bedouin Space) untouched.

An expansive space defined by an over head plane , holding a rest area for the visitors and defined boarders for the archaeologists and researchers.

“The informal is categorized by the absence of formal regulations instead of the presence of informal qualities” Zarqa city is defined as an industrial city; however Zarqa has multiple urban layers that play a huge role in making it what it is. The city is densely populated and it is full of informal activities that formulate because of the economical recession. This paper aims to present proposed solutions for the current issue of informal activities that are occurring in three major areas: Ma’asoom’s circle, Dobat neighborhood, the refugee camp surrounding it, and the Sa’adeh Street. The solutions plan to provide a space for these informal activities to happen in a formalized manner. Informal activities in Zarqa have affected the transportation flow, the sidewalk space, open spaces and the image of the city as a whole. Moreover, informal activities are spreading more and more everyday due to the current economical situation which means the need to deal with these activities is more paramount every day.

The Vision: To introduce a network of safe public/open spaces for the city of Zarqa to integrate and provide for the social-economy thorough the regulation of informal activities.

Theory and Analysis Zarqa is located in the Zarqa River basin in northeast Jordan. The city is situated 15 miles (24 km) northeast of Amman.

Although inhabited since the 1st century, the city of Zarqa was established by immigrants from the Sea region at the beginning of the 20th century.

The first settlement in the city was established in 1902 by Chechen immigrants who were displaced from the wars between the Ottoman and Russian Empires. They settled along the Zarqa River. At that time a station on the Hejaz Railway was built in the new settlement. The railway station turned Zarqa into an important hub. On 10 April 1905, the Ottoman governor issued a decree that allowed the Chechen immigrants to own lands which they settled on. The population then quickly grew in size. On 18 November 1928, the new Jordanian government issued a decree to establish the first municipal council for Zarqa.

After the Transjordan Frontier Force was formed in 1926, military bases were constructed in the city by the British Army and the city later became known as the "military city". The headquarters of Jordan's Arab Legion was in Zarqa.

Today Zarqa city is Jordan's industrial center. It is home to over 50% of Jordanian factories. The growth of industry in the city is the result of low real estate costs and proximity to the capital Amman.

Zarqa is facing an economical recession, therefor people are struggling to find work which have caused the phenomena of vendors to increase within the city. Although this phenomenon is not new to the city lately it has become more of a discussed topic because of the contestation that comes along with it, it is affecting the many urban layers of the city causing visual pollution and is becoming an obstacle in terms of traffic and other issues.

In this paper we will show the data collected on this subject and analyze it, we have focused on three main areas . As we got introduced to the Urban Design project in Zarqa most of us perceived this subject in ways that developed over the period of time of our research, this study allowed us to develop our understanding of informal activities and finally propose solutions for the action areas chosen.

The area is famous to it’s informal activity which attracted us as a group to do further research about it until we reached a conclusion of : -Infromality Exists in places hosting Various activities -pedestrian Flow Motivates the Informality in a street -Landmarks affect their existence

This Project was Designed under the request of a villa owner, the design was for a garage pergula responding to the owner’s requests of: - A See Through like Structure -Not Typical Kind of Car Protections - An Aesthatical light design in the night time Responding to these requests the design was made of a black Steel boards along with treated wood , the Print perforated steel was designed in consideration of hidden lights that satisfy that night scenario of this Pergula.

Amman expressional space is a park that celebrate the spirit of Jabal Amman , representing it as a green spot in the gray area and hosting it Artistic layer mainly and youth. The Park is located near to the first circle which makes it visible to pedestrians and car drivers, as the area is crowded with schools , institutes and companies this space should be vibrant with different users, which can form according to it’s artistic spirit a learning spot for all the users.

Main Elements : -Change -Art -Vibrancy The significance of the projects is derived not only from the users but also from the use of Jacaranda Cuspidifolia tree, This tree was used in the project in 3 different areas giving some sort of change of activities , as it starts at the main enterence, then at the gathering area and ending the project at an ehxibitional space.

The mix of deciduous trees and ever-green was mainly to create an ever changing park view, where the change of colors through out the seasons would give different feelings along with users.
