National Bank of Kuwait / New Headquarter Kuwait City Located on a prominent site in Kuwait City, the 300 -metre-high headquarters tower for the National Bank of Kuwait will have a distinctive presence among the high -rise buildings of Sharq, the city’s growing financial district. The design combines structural innovation with a highly efficient passive form, shielding the offices from the extremes of Kuwait's climate, where temperatures average 40 degrees in the summer months

The tower’s cylindrical form opens like a shell to the north to avoid solar gain, while revealing views of the Arabian Gulf. The southern façade is shaded by a series of concrete fins, which extend the full height of the tower to provide structural support.

The building is comprised of a Supreme Court, 80 court rooms, administrative offices, and conference rooms. The complex design aims to reflect the strength and transparency of Kuwait justice system.

The project holds a Guinness World Record for the ‘Largest Automated Parking Facility’ in the World. This facility has 2,314 parking spaces and was achieved by Robotic Parking Systems Inc. and Mohamed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons in Al Jahra, Kuwait.

Qatar Integrated Railway Project (QIRP)-Gold Line Underground Doha, Qatar A 250 million USD project that links Doha from east to west. Gold Line extends from Ras Bu Aboud to Al Aziziyah. Eleven stations run along the Gold Line, with stops at the Qatar National Museum, Souq Waqif, Sport City (for Khalifa International Stadium) and Al Aziziyah (for Villaggio Mall). My scope in the project was limited to: Al Sadd, Joaan, Al Sudan, Al Waab, Sport City and Al Aziziyah station.
