In this email document submitted to the court Savanah Fletcher makes false defamatory accusations against Mr. Hessert who had attempted to intervene in a case Ms. Fletcher is invovled in as an attorney.
Ms. Fletcher attempts to portray a series of events and posts as something that it is objectively not.
Savanah Fletcher is an attorney representing a client in a case in the media. This is the kowalke vs eastman division of alaska elections case. case number 3AN-22-07404 CI .
Ms fletcher is listed as the attorney for plaintiff. We attempted to contact her with regard to a motion to intervene and service of said motion. And or to present an affadavit to the court. With our concern re a recent ruling in the case on election process.
She has no working contact in fairbanks. She didnt pick up any phone calls or respond to any emails. The only way to get thru to her was the fairbanks assembly facebook page. Where she sits on the local assembly after being recently elected to the position.
Prior to this last resort attempt to reach her…
The northern justice project phone contact went to a “california justice project” out of state answering page and they said she worked out of anchorage not fairbanks. They were uncooperative and hung up and had said that they were turning over staff.
They also said that they did not have a fairbanks office.
Fairbanks is where she is on the assembly.
And at the anchorage office when we finally got thru they hung up on us and refused to connect us to Ms. Fletcher. Provide an email phone or address to send motion to intervene.
The problems are Savanah Flether and her employer the alaska claifornia justice project are unprofessional.
We are not going to tolerate a defamatory affadavit like Ms Fletcher made to mispresent this series of attempts to contact her as something other than her simply being unprofessional.
Professional is a website and an address and a viable phone and email contact for service as an attorney.
We will seek damages if ms fletcher doesnt retract her affadavit and accept responsibility for being difficult to contact.
We note her law firm has no bricks and motar location in fairbanks. And yet her alaska bar license goes to fairbanks.
She also links in her affadavit to a social media post that is in no shape or form threatening her. and make the false claim that it is. That is defamation. And irrational. She will need to retract this as well.
She is unprofessional and will need to grow up and fix these issues. and take responsibility for her own unprofessionalism and her own difficulty in being contacted.
The reason we needed to contact her is she was / is representation for plaintiff mr kowalke. and it was with regard to serving a motoin to intervene with regard to the above for mentioned case matter.
We reasonably present this to the court as well as ms fletcher. and will give ms fletcher a short but reasonable amount of time to retract her affadavit and accept responsibility for being difficult to contact and for being unprofessional.
If she chooses to not do this we are going to sue her for defamation.
