STEPHANIE BURLE has been a certified personal trainer since 2005. She enjoys training and encouraging clients to meet their individual fitness needs, while learning to make important lifestyle changes. She is also a nutritional consultant and helps clients develop ways to make healthy and sustainable food choices. She began her college career studying Elementary Education and soon switched to personal training. Stephanie is certified as a personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University with a minor in Exercise Science. Stephanie is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid through the American Red Cross. Additionally, she is a certified Tai Chi for Energy instructor through the Tai Chi For Health Institute. NEW PROGRAM!


FITNESS TRIVIA WITH CHIROPRACTOR DR. STEPHEN CAIN
Dr. Stephen Cain, DC, is cofounder of the non-profit 'Whole Brain Health Initiative.' The organization aims to make a brain healthy lifestyle a fun and magical journey. The Whole Brain Health Initiative combines behavioral change principles with the neuroscience pertaining to brain optimization. While most brain health organizations only emphasize what is good for the brain, WBHI also hones in on how to actually get people to sustainably adopt these habits. 'Fitness Trivia' is one of their signature programs.
