What is the SPP Program in Canada? The Student Partner’s Program in Canada is regulated by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC). Under this SPP program, selected colleges and universities, often termed as the Canadian College Community(CCC), offer admissions to Indian students for undergraduate, post-graduate as well as diploma courses.
