"In my experience, people only learn when they feel safe and valued... it's why I believe that in these challenging times it is more important than ever to check in on each other often to make sure we're ALL best positioned to aspire to be our true, best selves.When students exhibit challenging behaviors, my focus is on the root causes for those behaviors, so that we can all work together to help those students find better ways to express the way they feel.I look forward to collaborating in new and interesting ways to help our young charges learn and grow.
