Community Programs

EBI?s Community Programs include the extended day program, school year camps and enrichment classes. The extended day program is available from 7:30-8:00a.m.and from 3:00-6:00p.m.EBI offers three plans for extended care:

- Unlimited usage, including before and after care during school year camps:$4,100 - Usage during any three pre-selected days per week:$2,990 - 10x Drop-in Card:$310

School year camps are held during fall, December, February and spring breaks.Cost for these camps is not included in the above tuition.Advance registration and payment are required.The typical cost is $450 for a five day camp.

EBI offers several sessions of Enrichment Classes, open to EBI families and the community.Class descriptions and costs are provided before each session during the school year.

Payment Schedule for 2023-2024

A non-refundable deposit of 10%of tuition must accompany the enrollment agreement. The balance of tuition and fees is payable:

- In full by April 1, 2023 (provides a $200 tuition discount) - In two installments due April 1and September 1, 2023 - Monthly, in 10 installments, from April 2023 to January 2024.FACTSManagement

Company administers this service, which provides automatic deduction from a checking or savings account for tuition, fees, and extended day care.(Requires a one-time FACTS enrollment fee.)

Capital Fee All EBI families are required to make a one-time non-refundable contribution of $2,000 to the school?s Capital Fee at the time of their child?s enrollment at EBI. The contribution is per family (not per student). Like tuition, Capital Fund contributions can be made in a single payment, two payments, or monthly through FACTS Tuition Management Company. Note that families receiving financial aid are exempt from the requirement to contribute to the Capital Fund.

Annual Fund Annual Fund giving is one of the critical programs helping to bridge the gap between tuition and auxiliary revenue and the actual cost of educating students each year. Our goal is to reach 100% participation in this program, enabling us to continue to offer an excellent program at a rate of tuition lower than our peers.Your gift is important to EBI.We ask each family contributes at a level that is meaningful for them.
