Installation Requirements

Spare Tiles

WHAT’S COVERED

Tilemall offers a lifetime warranty (effective from 1 January 2024 – Warranty Version 1.0), covering the following:

Cracking

Fading

Warping

Surface issues

Expansion or contraction

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This Warranty does not apply to:

Natural stone tiles and custom-cut pieces (e.g. bullnoses, stair treads)

Commercial use

Damage resulting from improper installation, structural movement, excessive wear, or misuse

Slip resistance, as it may be affected by cleaning methods or usage over time

WHO IT’S FOR

For residential use only – not applicable to commercial or industrial settings

This warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the property is sold

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Before You Install

Check tiles for defects, color, and batch before installing

Defects seen before installation are not covered

During Installation

Installation must comply with relevant Australian Standards

The warranty covers tiles only – not adhesive, grout, labour, or waterproofing materials

For those materials, please refer to the warranties provided by their respective suppliers

SPARE TILES

Keep the lesser of 10% of the total area or 3 boxes for future repairs

WARRANTY LIMIT

This warranty applies only to the defective tiles – it does not cover surrounding tiles, labour, or incidental costs
