GENERAL INSTALLATION ADVICE

Tiles are just one component of a larger building system. Installation issues often stem from design flaws, unsuitable substrates, improper site conditions, or incompatible materials.Tilemall does not participate in the installation process and cannot control how or where tiles are used once delivered. Installers and project managers must ensure all materials are compatible and installed according to the Australian Building Code and AS3958.

Before Installation

Check tile color, design, and quantity.

Ensure all cartons are from the same batch.

Mix tiles from multiple boxes for an even appearance.

During Installation

Install tiles in less visible areas (e.g. under appliances) last.

Continuously check for defects during installation.

Stop and contact your supplier if issues arise.

After Installation

Keep tile boxes for future reference.

Promptly remove all grout residue.

Expect natural variation in color and size. Follow specific instructions per tile type.

Porcelain Pavers

Can be laid on sand, gravel, concrete, grass, or raised pedestal systems.
