12v ladders are manufactured using individual elements so one of the vertical bars is not heated, however this does not affect the rails ability to warm/dry a towel as all horizontal bars are fully heated. Please note: Due to manufacturing constraints beyond our control, our coloured towel rails may have minor colour variances in different batches, so may be slightly different to the images and colour samples you may have seen.
