• Selection of quality constructed oak cabinet doors for kitchens and baths. Various door styles and stain colours can be selected from vendor’s standards samples.

• Kitchen pantry (as per plan).

• Selection of quarts kitchen counter tops, preformed laminate for vanities and laundry with tile backsplash.

• Double compartment stainless steel sink with single lever faucet.

• Appliance openings, approximate size are Refrigerator 36” wide x 71” high, stove 30” wide, Dishwasher 24” wide

• Dishwasher space includes electrical and plumbing rough-in for future connection. Hookup is not included.

• Heavy-duty receptacle is installed for stove. Electrical outlets included for refrigerator and at counter level for small appliances. Note: separate islands will be equipped with a duplex outlet (location determined by electrician).

• Two speed exhaust hood fans vented to outside (white).

• Baths feature quality single lever faucets on all sinks, tubs and showers (except in laundry). Soaker tubs are complete with quality deck mount faucets.

• Temperature control valves on all showers and hot water tank.

• Water closets are equipped with water conservation feature (as per the Ontario Building Code).

• Quality “aquapex” tubing for water pipes throughout.

• Quality 18x18 ceramic floor tiles selected from Vendor’s standard samples.

• Ceramic tiles in the kitchen, foyer, lower hall, powder room, main floor or second floor laundry/mud room and lower landing to garage or finished basement vestibule (as per plan). Selected from Vendor’s standard samples.
