Syrup Manufacturing Plant INTRODUCTION : The Liquid M anufact uring Plant s are ideal tools for t he pharmaceut ical indust ry for t he product ion of oral Liquids.

It is specially designed to take care of take care of t wo crit ical factors w hich direct ly affect s t he qualit y of t he Liquids.

M inimum manual handling of Liquid.

Effect ive cleanness during manufact uring.

Needless to say, it also provides t he benefit s of t he effect ive manpower ut ilizat ion.

This system consist of a closed circuit manufact uring facilit y from feeding of Sugar / Water phase to loading t he Volumet ric liquid filling machine.

The sugar and water, are load w it h vacuum system or by mechanical system or manually.

The Sugar Syrup Vessel is supplied w it h high speed st irrer & elect rical heat ing (In small model) / steam heat ing facilit y (In bigger size model). The sugar syrup is prepared at required temperat ure & are t ransferred to M anufact uring Vessel by vacuum or by t ransfer pump.

The product during emulsion format ion is recirculated t hrough Inline Homogenizer or liquid Transfer Pump. (Opt ional Facilit y) The Pump also discharges t he product in t he Storage Vessel.

The Storage Vessel is t hen taken to t he filling area (if it is small capacit y) and is connected to again Liquids in t he float tank w hich is connected w it h filling machine.

The ent ire plant can be operated by cent ralized operat ing panel by one operator.

Salient Features : The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.

All material t ransfer are done by vacuum or by t ransfer pumps.

All t he vessels are CGM P (paint free const ruct ion) The gasket s used are of silicon (food grade).

All contact part s are of S.S. 304 qualit y material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (mirror) finish and are crevice free.

The ent ry of st irrer & high speed emulsifier are from top. In – line Emulsifier (as per customer choice) provided on demand. (Opt ional) All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 kg./ sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.

All pipes, pipe fitt ings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 (as per customer requirement ) seamless qualit y, internally elect ro polished, w it h t ri-clover ended joint s.

The ent ire plant is equipped w it h CIP & SIP connect ions, so t hat customer can use t hese facilit y, if have CIP & SIP equipment .

All values of temperat ure & t ime of t he plant are indicated digitally on t he cont rol panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters.

A micro processor based automat ic operat ing plant can be designed as per requirement . (Opt ional) All t he inlet & out let connect ions are provided w it h t ri clover joint s, w hich are very easy for cleaning & replacement .

M inimum t wo batches per shift of t he same product can be assured in t his plant .

This plant conforms to CGM P standards (paint free Const ruct ion).
