Leveraging on the site proximity to the Abu Dhabi International Airport, Aldar Aviation & Logistic Hub master plan envisioned a high-tech logistic hub with a mixture of affordable grade B offices, accommodation and R&D spaces. The project aligned to Abu Dhabi’s thematic vision catered to innovative tactical planning with a unique industrial co-working zone and infused with nature’s sustainable revitalization.

Apart from well-served by its proximity to the airport, the hub can be approached by 20 mins drive from Khalifa City, 30 mins from City Center and Abu Dhabi Industrial City. It is also located next to The Dubai-Abu Dhabi Highway of E11. This simplifies transportation and logistic arrangements for business leading to significant cost savings.

The project is designed under 3 thematic principles: Technology, Community and Sustainability. It diverged into an array of components such as mobility, automation, accessibility, clean energy, green innovation, etc. The world-leading technology and logistic will be emphasizing on multidisciplinary cooperation, access to researcher and students and create an international attractiveness. While at the same time aiming for open and inclusive community through accessible open space, and innovative meeting and public spaces. In terms of sustainability and environment, the project highlighted its value on preserving biodiversity and create health-promoting recreation, promoting emission-free mobility, and introduce renewable energy & zero emission solutions. It aims to contribute to the creation of jobs and the development of new growth industry in the east of Abu Dhabi.

Our urban planning project aims to create a sustainable, vibrant, and welcoming urban environment that reflects Riyadh’s aspirations for the future.

The western edge of the site, bounded by the Airport Road, offers a unique opportunity to create a sustainable transportation network that serves as a gateway to Riyadh. The Master-plan is designed to develop a seamless

Designed to be a culmination of entertainment, RSP proposed the Festival LIVE development. Created in the south end of Dubai Festival City, the project aims to harness the existing and future circulation flows of its surrounding developments to create a new spectacular city hub. The concept aims to attract people of all ages, local and tourist alike, to come and enjoy its unique street atmosphere, new to Dubai as another lifestyle entertainment destination. RSP designs the masterplan to include a multitude of experiential nodes and events that visitors can traverse. Harmony and Integration as a key aspect to the concept, the various spatial experiences are designed to interflow with one another, blending the various worlds of retail, f&b and leisure, representing the future of all retail developments.

As Singapore is expanding the role of Lim Chu Kang in its foodshed to achieve the 30 by 30 ambition, a new approach to urban agriculture seeks to shift the paradigm. The concept of Farming with LCK (Leisure.Cultivate.

The Lim Chu Kang master plan is a project that integrates the cutting-edge of farming technologies with ecoheritage nodes, public facilities and innovation centers. It presents a new idea of urban life by celebrating food production as one of the most important functions of the city. LCK not only addresses Singapore’s increasing demand for locallysourced food, but also educates generations of urban children about where their food comes from.

MINISTRIES OF CONSTRUCTION

The 12 Ministries Project is our concept vision for the Head Office of Ministries and Central Agencies in the West Gate of Hanoi, Vietnam. With our initial selection by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam in the competition to design an urban plan and architecture concept, we proposed a new symbol of the government administration and Vietnamese culture.

Developing a formal and timeless architectural language, we designed an enduring landmark that leaves a legacy for future generations. Our design utilizes architectural and landscape solutions to establish distance and create level differences for security purposes, while still maintaining a visual connection with nature and the surrounding urban context.

The 35ha complex public service institution development features workspaces that foster innovation and creativity, connected with the local nature and culture. As the 2nd largest island in Batam, Rempang holds a potential to be the new engine of Batam regional economy emphasizing by its proximity to Singapore and Malaysia. The master plan is designed to foster a robust renewable energy & tourism-based economy along the Strait of Malacca.

The plan seeks to balance development with environmental & ecology consideration, conservation as well as green industry, intending to be both source of pride and revenue for Batam and to set high standard for sustainable development.It sets a feasible phased growth and enhances the site’s activity offerings, development potential, and tourism investment for years to come.

The master plan for Rempang introduces development while preserving and enhancing the unique ecological and cultural qualities of the area, identifying a realistic development scenario that responds to market constraint, accounts to resource limitation and protects natural resources.

With 44% of the area is designated as green space, the new urban agenda acknowledges and articulates the connections between greener and healthier city, more resilient city, and calls for benefits of nature to be equally accessible to all residents.

The master plan will also introduce a renewable energy strategy to accommodate the national demand and deepen the ASEAN Grid connection. The project aims to increase the foreign investment in Batam around 48.5 % with planned overall investment value up to 25 billion USD (381 Trillion IDR) by 2080.

Sentul Masterplan is a mixed-use development located in the city of Sentul. Capturing the romantic spirit of an Italian hillside village with stepping architecture humbly married to nature. Terracing architecture following the contours of the hill, a peoples place, an activated space with markets, restaurant and events. Gastronomical experience with a view, a narrow meandering walkways, activated with restaurants having a personalized character, energized with people having great time with friends and family, rooftop dining experience with natures view, celebratory steps that lead to an event space.

On the other hand, the residential area offering a resort concept with a magnificent view of Sentul Highland Golf Club. Located at the South of Sentul. The Sentul luxury residential cluster is a choice of dream residences for those of you who are tired of the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. The masterplan was crafted to offer a premium residential consists of three different clusters surrounded by the beauty of the mountains with clean and cool air. The project complies with the trend of marine ecological evolution to carry out shoreline classification restoration and sea area function adjustment, and build an industrial extension model of sea-land symbiosis, use various ports to link the marine and onshore industrial space, and create a resilient island of sea-land symbiosis. The plan changes the traditional mode of stringing islands by road in the past, reshapes the function and space around the five most attractive bays in Dongtou, and integrates the bay space through the dock, water transportation, slowmoving path, etc., to realize the symbiosis of multiple island shores and outlying islands.

In terms of space, the plan continues the island form gene of Dongtou that adapts to nature and romantic diversity, plans to build the urban form skeleton with the spatial texture of small unit and small block development, advocating multiple development models and life scenes. mode and limiting the scale of a single owner, we can attract private capital and diversify the development subjects. At the same time, we design the overall island style, reshape the life of the island city, continue the historical memory of the island residents, improve the style and pattern of the island city, and form a diversified, open and shared colorful island city.

The plan is to build Dongtou Island into a sustainable island benchmarking city, and create a unique island romance, open and integrated island home. The plan proposes three major design strategies to realize the development vision of “Colorful Bay · Romantic Dongtou”. The urban design of the key areas selects West Future Bay as the core, integrates maritime services, conference awards, tourism services and urban supporting functions, and is the key development platform and Dongtou Islands to show the future urban landscape of Dongtou.

The plan takes the new living room for international exchanges, the new platform for internal and external circulation, and the new harbor for the coprosperity of industry and city as the development goals of Yuanhong, puts forward the design vision of “prospering towards the sea, dual-core co-frequency”, refines the space development power, and emphasizes the coordinated development of ecology and city, industry and life, and domestic and international. The plan proposes four development strategies: the symbiosis of mountains, rivers, cities and seas, the co-creation of cross-border two parks, the public connection of airports and the integration of Fujian and foreign customs. In terms of ecology, water is directed to the sea, flexible landscape places are used to accommodate diverse needs, create diversified waterfront shorelines, absorb tidal waves flexibly, and cultivate complex biological habitats. In terms of industry, connect the industrial planning of the two countries’ two parks, build a new platform for the core area of the Maritime Silk Road, a new channel for China-Indonesia cooperation, a new window for overseas Chinese exchanges, and a new

The twin parks of the two countries are the catalyst for the rebirth of Yuanhong. The China-India city, which faces the sea from the dam stream, is the most open and diverse urban dynamic area in the future. The planning takes the landscape as the core to create an orderly complex functional area, which is conducive to creating 24-hour vitality.
