My old diet For breakfast I eat cereal with milk, biscuits and sometimes cake or toast In the school I eat a sandwich with ham and sausage I have lunch rice with meat, seafood squids, prawns… peppers and artichokes, with a salad of tomato, carrots, corn, lettuce, tuna, palmetto… and sometimes of dessert yoghurt In the snack I eat a milkshake with biscuits or cake For dinner I eat broccoli, fish, potatoes…

My ideal diet For breakfast I eat cereal with milk, biscuits and sometimes a toast with tomato (20% of grain, 55% milk, 5% vegetable) In the school I eat a sandwich with ham and sausage (10% grain, 25% meat) In the afternoon I have lunch rice with meat, seafood, squids, prawns… peppers and artichokes, with a salad of tomato, carrots, corn, lettuce, tuna, palmetto… and of dessert yoghurt (20% grain, 90% vegetable, 45% meat, 25% milk) In the snack I eat a milkshake with fruit (20% milk, 33.3% fruit) For dinner I eat things more smooth, broccoli, fish or things of vegetables group, and two pieces of fruit (5% vegetable, 20% meat, 66.7% fruit)
