Spain is renowned for its year-round festivals, with "Encierro," or "The Run of the Bulls," drawing global attention each July in Pamplona. Spectators gather as six bulls and six steers charge through the city's cobblestone streets, embodying the phrase "A Bull in a China Shop" with their wild energy.
In Pamplona, Spain, El Toro Delicado Restaurant and Bar embraces this festivity and Spanish tradition. Its design contrasts strength and delicacy through materials like iron for strength and light and soft furnishings for delicacy. Ceramic tiles accentuate the traditional Spanish architecture, creating a space where locals and tourists can enjoy Pamplona's culture through late-night drinks or family dinners.

La Serre is a chic, yet French Traditional senior living facility located near the historic Garden District of New Orleans, Louisiana. La Serre strives to bring an exciting atmosphere to the diverse community of residents and guests. Within the unique atmosphere are elements that remind residents and guests of a home. The design of La Serre utilizes the repetition of the color green and pattern, emphasizing lines and floral accents to achieve an overall unified space to provide constant elements of a home. The goal of one’s time at La Serre is to provide comfort and hospitality while receiving assistance as necessary.
Public spaces are located towards the front of the building for easy access from the main entrance and simple navigation.
Senior Living specified furniture used throughout the space for safety and comfort for the elderly. (1)
Visiting nooks are placed adjacent to the living room spaces for a more intimate and private setting. (2)
Variety of seating options throughout the café area, including tables, banquettes, and bar seating. (3)
Floral shop with custom bouquet station for a personalized shopping experience. (4)
ADA-accessible restrooms for guests and residents. (5)
Stackable chairs and tables are used throughout the multipurpose room for easy conversion depending on use. (6)
An operable partition wall can be used to divide the space into two separate spaces for double use. (7)
Private access spaces for residents are placed towards the back of the building, with close access to elevators.

Fireplace and mantle located in the Library to create a warm, comforting environment for reading. (10)
The snack bar is located in the rear of the theater for easy access during films. (11)

The pavilion-styled ceiling was placed in the center of the dining to reflect the overall concept of La Serre. (14)
A variety of seating is offered throughout the dining space. (15)
Open living area to create easy navigation and to encourage socialization for residents. Living area furniture is designed for comfort and safety for the elderly. Visiting nooks allows for a more private setting.
Le Petit Café embodies the light, delicate French design of New Orleans. The café serves coffee, espresso, and pastry items such as beignets and croissants. Customers will have the ability to take these items to go or dine in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

The Pierre Cardroom is a space for residents to gather with each other and their guests. The space is designed to be timeless and comfortable, similar to one’s experience at home. Built-in cabinets are used to store games for residents to use. The cabinets also display popular games and card-suit art.
The Claude Library was designed with relaxation and focus in mind. The seating area surrounding the fireplace allows for a comfortable reading area for residents. Two computer stations are adjacent to ample cabinet storage for technology equipment and a printer.
Louis & Ana’s, inspired by the atmosphere and geography of the state of Louisiana, embodies the French culture of New Orleans while serving Cajun cuisine. There is a variety of seating options as well as a separate dining space for private parties. The large pavilion is designed to incorporate the indoor-outdoor experience. Furniture selections have been specified for senior living to allow for easy access for older adults. Upholstery and fabrics were also selected with durability and cleanliness in mind. The space will be inviting, exciting, and, most importantly, Louisiana-inspired.

The Worn Path by, beloved Jackson, Mississippi author, Eudora Welty. The storyline of dedication, hard work, and nature will inspire design choices for the interior of this center, creating an inspiring, intuitive, and unified atmosphere.
