The Bristol Harvest Festival attracts thousands of visitors from all over Vermont and beyond and is a tremendous opportunity to showcase your organization and to support the community at the same time!

- Over 60 Vendors and More!

The Bristol Harvest Festival is presented by the Addison County Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Bristol Recreation Department and is designed to showcase the community and to bring visitors to our downtown businesses.
We encourage you to support the community and showcase your organization by choosing one of the several sponsorship programs on the following pages.

Bristol Harvest Festival Sponsorship Programs
Presenting Sponsor (1 Only)
Your organization will be recognized as our "Presenting Sponsor" and your organizations name and logo included in all promotional elements and advertising (digital, print and collateral) for the Bristol Harvest Festival. Signage at the bandstand and other high traffic areas at the event will recognize you as our presenting sponsor. Additional benefits include:
PA mentions throughout the day Saturday (minimum of 20)
Identified as "Presenting Sponsor" in Addison Independent advertisements
No-charge prime vendor location on Bristol Green
Feature article in the October issue of "Around the Chamber" highlighting your sponsorship and organizational goals
Other benefits as negotiated.

Gold Sponsor (1 Only)
Your organization will be recognized as our "Gold Sponsor" and your organizations name and logo included in all promotional elements and advertising (digital, print and collateral) for the event. Signage at the bandstand and other high traffic areas at the event will recognize you as our Gold sponsor. Additional benefits include:
PA mentions throughout the day Saturday (minimum of 10)
Identified as "Gold Sponsor" in Addison Independent advertisements
No-charge prime vendor location on Bristol Green
Investment: $1,000

Individual Event Sponsors
Your organization will be recognized as a sponsor of an individual event taking place during the event. There are several individual events available including:
Music Sponsor (1 sponsor)
Your name and logo will be prominently displayed on the stage with numerous mentions by the event MC throughout the day
Investment: $500
Horse & Trolley Rides (1 sponsor)
Your name and logo displayed on the trolley providing rides all day between the rec center and the green.
Investment: $750

Benefactors (Multiple)
Your organization will be recognized as a "Benefactor" and your organizations name and logo included in all digital, print and collateral for the event. Signage at the bandstand and other high traffic areas at the event will recognize you as a Benefactor.
Investment: $300
