How to Play Fixed Limit Texas Hold’em?
Fixed limit is a popular Texas Hold’em format which is played between 2-10 players with a deck of 52 cards. Objective A Fixed limit game is all about “grinding” and making small but consistent profits. As the format allows players to bet real money in a betting round only up to a certain limit, your objective is to maximize the profit opportunities by maintaining an edge over your opponents with regular good betting decisions. Your decision to play a hand must be based on your hand strength, understanding of pot odds, and study of opponent’s table behaviour, rather than assumptions and hopes to complete the hand in the future betting rounds. How To Play The game rules of Fixed Limit Texas Hold’em are similar to the No-Limit format. The dealer deals two cards (hole cards) to each player on the game table starting from the player sitting immediate right to him (the button position). The players can choose to use one, both, or none of the hole cards to form the best five-card combination.
