LOYALTY GIFTS SCHEME TERMS & CONDITIONS
01. One (1) Euro is equivalent to one (1) loyalty point
02. The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to obtain loyalty points
03. Loyalty Points can be accumulated and redeemed from any Chain or Carters Supermarket
04. Kindly contact us immediately if you lose your Loyalty Card
05. Replacement of Loyalty Cards will be charged at one (1) Euro each card
06. Loyalty points accumulated cannot be exchanged for cash or shopping gift vouchers
07. In the event of refund of goods, the amount of points originally acquired from the original purchase will be deducted available for redemption using the Loyalty Gifts Scheme at any time
10. Further terms and conditions may apply in the case of vouchers for meals and overnight stays
11. The card remains the property of Chain Market Ltd. and may be withdrawn at any time by the company at its sole discretion
12. The company reserves the right to terminate or alter the Loyalty Gifts Scheme and will notify its customers two (2) months in advance. Points not redeemed during the ‘notice period’ will be lost
