All fees MUST be paid in full to a member of the Adamswell Team before you leave the site on the final day of your stay unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Any groups who wish to pay by BACS can request an invoice in advance. Failure to pay before departure will result in a £10 Administration Fee being added to your bill. All requests for instructed activities must be made at least 2 months prior to the event date to allow us time to arrange your activity instructor. Although we will do our best to find an instructor for you, this cannot be guaranteed so activities are offered subject to instructor availability. If using your own Instructor, copies of their qualification / activity permit will be required in advance. Please book ALL use of the site AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE by using the Bookings Form available on the Adamswell Website at www.adamswell.org.uk.
