PET POLICY For pet lover tenants must mention in your ads about pet policy. You should make it clear that what type of pet you will allow on your property or no one. CONTACT INFORMATION The contact information must be correct & must be clearly visible to advertisement. PARKING The major issue is the availability of parking or parking space. If your property has space for parking then it will good for those tenants who have their vehicle or going to purchase in future.
