our experience Adam Bruzzone Photography has over 25 years experience creating contemporary advertising and corporate images for hotels & resorts as well as the architectural, airline, tourism and wine industries. At Adam Bruzzone Photography we conduct large-scale local and international assignments, having supplied photography of the highest quality to over 150 finest hotels, spas and resort properties. Our global clients that trust us include Hilton Worldwide (Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Hilton, Doubletree), Sheraton, Kempinski, World’s Leading Hotels Group, Versace, Loewe, Cunard Line, Seabourn, Qantas, Malaysia Airlines, Silk Air, Tourism Australia, Westfield, Fosters, Serco and high-end magazines such as National Geographic, Gourmet Traveler, Decanter and Wine Spectator. The main focus for hotels and resorts has been interior and architectural images as well as people, lifestyle, environmental portraits, food as well as detail and still life photography. 360º VR interactive imagery for virtual tours are also undertaken. Adam Bruzzone Photography also has the capabilities to supply high-end quality video vision. Adam Bruzzone Photography’s experience with five star hotels, luxury resorts and spas worldwide means we have developed a solid understanding of a wide range of different operating environments, systems and personnel in

the hotel and resort industry. As a result our team has gained significant knowledge and cultivated effective working relationships with the hotel industry’s processes and its people and across many cultures. This enables us to deliver the best possible outcomes, on time and on budget worldwide. For lifestyle and advertising shoots, we recommend the services of our Producer who will manage all pre-production matters which include sourcing and liaising with model agencies; sourcing and selection of hair stylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists; wardrobe briefings; props, etc. Our Producer can also be on-site on shoot days to ensure management of models, artists and stylists etc. and to ensure implementation of schedules and timings on a dayto-day basis. It encompasses many examples of national and international work which requires all levels of experience and production — everything from shooting a Boeing 747 aircraft at 12,000 metres up to photographing restaurants 5 metres under the waves.

our team Adam Bruzzone Photography consists of a team of eight including three digital technicians, three lighting assistants and a full-time producer. Adam Bruzzone is the principal of the business and has received numerous national and international awards including being an Australian Institute of Professional Photography Master of Photography since 1999. Adam is also a founding member of the Australian Commercial and Media Photographers Society. All Adam Bruzzone Photography members are an integral part of our dynamic team and have been selected based on their skills, knowledge, experience and ‘can do’ attitude. They also need to represent our clients in the best possible light. Our specialised lighting assistants are experienced and capable with specific photography qualifications. Similarly, our digital technicians are qualified and are continually attending updated courses to keep abreast with the latest software, technologies and trends.

Her more recent experience includes working with New York agency, Laird & Partners on a worldwide re-branding photo shoot for the DoubleTree by Hilton brand. Her role involves managing all pre-production matters which include sourcing and liaising with model agencies; sourcing and selection of hair stylists, makeup artists and wardrobe stylists; wardrobe briefings; props such as wedding dresses, luxury cars or even wild animals! Our producer can be on-site for shoot days to ensure all management of models, artists and stylists and crew to provide efficient coordination and smooth implementation of all schedules.

Our producer has 15 years experience in the commercial photography industry. She has successfully managed and produced shoots for a wide range of clients in various locations including the Maldives, Tokyo, Bangkok,

our process Adam Photography has been shooting luxury hotels and resorts worldwide for more than twenty five years and as such has a sound understanding of the hotel operating environment, working practices, ethos and marketing objectives. Our photo shoots can be divided into three important stages:

pre-shoot Adam Bruzzone Photography’s full-time Producer manages all shoot schedules and pre and post production matters. A dedicated liaison with the property is necessary prior to and during the shoot to ensure that: • Pre-production meetings be held to agree on the individual lead or hero images — their importance, style and photographic approach. • A hero shot list and schedule is then drawn up and agreed upon. • A site inspection be held 1-2 days prior to the commencement of the photo shoot. This is to ascertain lighting, image composition, specific production matters and fine-tuning of the shot list. • A meeting be held with all department heads to discuss shoot activities, processes and requirements in that order.

The shoot is conducted according to the agreed schedule but a degree of flexibility has to be factored in for light, weather or operational considerations.

After the actual shooting has been completed, time is devoted to final image processing and the transfer and reformatting of all image files.

• Photography for lead or hero images need 2-3 hours each and may require exclusive use of an area. • Detail images can take up to 1 hour each. • As a guide we’re able to produce up to 8 hero images a day. More images are possible with good preproduction and shoot organisation and with simpler detail images that do not require as much lighting or time to set-up. • A liaison person with the design consultancy and the hotel’s operations is integral for the smooth running of the shoot.

Images are processed and combined for final quality and creative effect. Interior and large space pictures require the most time to bring together. Working with our digital technician, we’re able to conclude our time on location by delivering all final images to management and/or owners – before we leave the property. This is one of our Unique Selling Points and is especially valuable for new launching hotels.

• The most important images such as exteriors and rooms with hero views would be shot primarily at dawn and dusk, known as ‘magic hour’. • For lifestyle and advertising shoots, we would ensure a mood board of imagery is collated with the Creative Director prior to the shoot commencing.

our service Our service and fee structure includes the following: • Meeting and site inspection • Photographer • Specialised Lighting Assistant • Digital Technician-on-site • Preparation of shoot schedules • Post-production - image manipulation & combining of hero images - colour correction and - digital file conversion Once the full brief, usage and image list is finalised we can supply an accurate quote for you. All travel, transfers, subsistence and accommodation for the photographic team will be calculated with more accuracy prior to your shoot commencing. We can share costs with other properties during a series of shoots too.

All on-site production services on shoot days e.g. model management, artists management, schedules and timings to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and efficiently on a day–to-day basis will also be calculated once shots lists and full brief is supplied. We can also provide ongoing creative and technical advice for the images we have created for you, if required. Generally, we request the first payment of 40% payable upon approval of fee proposal and confirmation of photo shoot date. The final payment of 60% is payable with delivery of the final images. Feel free to liaise with us about any of your concepts, thoughts, ideas or questions you will have with your project. We are happy to discuss and share ideas and help supply you with a detailed estimate for an efficient and successful photo shoot.

All props and professional talent fees (if required) will also be more accurately calculated and sourced after the requirements for each image concept have been finalised in pre-production.
