It is a good CAS activity because it gives an opportunity to connect an activity good for health, walking, with helping a good cause (every km walked is 4 zloty donated to the chosen organisation.) What personal benefits or learning experiences can you gain through this activity? I have a chance to help, to work on my form (I’ve chosen the longer walk, 10 kilometres) and, as the route of the Walkathon follows the most important sightseeing points in the centre of the Polish capital city, Warsaw, to see them and enjoy myself.
