To create an account in the platform ISSUU to initiate the optimal development of the positioning and the visibility its unit of information.

When selecting the document we must consider that Issuu only can publish documents in formats pdf, Power Point and Word.

How to create folders? (collections)

To create a collection, we must click on New Folder.

Then we click Save, to create our new collection.

We fill in the information for the name and description of the collection.

Click on embed folder. First we select the collection we wish to use.

In your library, or collection choose the document you would like to share, and then click on “Share”

Recap Issuu is a technological platform that allows and facilitates to publish documents, books and magazines (in formats pdf, pptx and docx) in the virtual space It’s User friendly and offer a free account it allows libraries, archives and other units of information to create digital repositories to present/ display and share official documents generated by the unit It proactively contributes to the positioning and the visibility of the information unit presenting/ displaying evidence of its task

Its recommendable the elaboration of a policies and procedures guide with the purpose of standardize the effective use of this tool in its unit of information.
