Vibration Control with
ACURA is the exclusive Vibratrol® distributor in Australia, with on-hand stock ready to supply any major project.
Vibratrol® Spring Hanger Boxes are used for support of equipment and pipework to effectively isolate vibration. Spring hangers provide good vibration isolation where there is very little high frequency noise. All the ACURA Vibratrol® products carry a reputation of reliability within the industry, and are a proven solution chosen by many trade professionals.
We know that it is the small things that matter, and it is the attention to detail of the Vibratrol range holds it apart. At ACURA, we’re not just your supplier; we’re your partner.

Vibratrol® D-Series
The heavy duty hanger box kit solution that will help minimise and control vibration for the heavy industrial services.
The Vibratrol®® D-Series hanger box kit consists of a heavy box construction, and has a large diameter spring for stability. The acoustical D-Cup centres the threaded rod support in the box, which stops the rod contacting the side of the metal box and causing the spring and rubber to be bypassed. The wide hole opening allows for some angular requirements especially where hanger boxes are supporting equipment from steel purlins with a slight angle.
Features
• Heavy duty box design
• Large diameter spring for additional stability
• Wide hole opening for angular requirements
• Colour coded springs for load identification
• Loads of up to 175kg
The Vibratrol® D-Series hanger box kit should be utilised to minimize damaging vibration from suspended low frequency equipment (above 1200 RPM), and should also be used inline with threaded rod for single and trapeze type systems.
Used in many applications including fan coil units, attenuators, ducting, exhaust fans, package units, piping, and much more.

Vibratrol® DN-Series
The heavy duty hanger box kit solution with 25mm static deflection spring and neoprene isolator for added vibration control.
The Vibratrol® DN-Series hanger box kit shares many of the same qualities and attributes as the Vibratrol® D-Series hanger box kit, such as its heavy box construction using 3mm material, and wide hole opening for angular requirements especially where hanger boxes are supporting equipment from steel purlins with a slight angle.
The Vibratrol® DN-Series hanger box kit has been specifically designed to accommodate added vibration control. It achieves this with the additional 25mm static deflection spring and the neoprene isolator to suit the spring.
Features
• Heavy duty box design
• 25mm static deflection spring with neoprene isolator
• Large diameter spring for additional stability
• Wide hole opening for angular requirements
• Loads of up to 175kg
The Vibratrol® DN-Series hanger box kit should be utilised to minimize damaging vibration from suspended low frequency equipment (above 1200 RPM), and should also be used inline with threaded rod for single and trapeze type systems.

The hanger box kit solution designed for tight clearances and smaller ceiling spaces.
Vibratrol® Compact Series
The Compact Series Spring Hanger box kit has been designed with a reduced box height, which allows for it to be used in tighter clearances and increasingly smaller ceiling spaces used in the industry.
Features
• Compact box design
• Economical solution
• Reduced height for tighter clearances and smaller ceiling spaces
• Colour coded springs for load identification
• Loads of up to 60kg
The Compact Series Spring Hanger box kit should be utilised to minimize damaging vibration from suspended low frequency equipment (above 1200 RPM), and should also be used in-line with threaded rod for single and trapeze type systems. Used in many applications including fan coil units, attenuators, ducting, exhaust fans, package units, piping, and much more.

Neoprene Mounts
Where a low cost mounting is required for the effective isolation of noise and vibration from machinery, particularly with speeds from about 1,000 RPM (16 R/s) upwards, and also from wall mounted machinery such as air conditioning/refrigeration condensers, neoprene mounts are the preferred choice because neoprene is more durable than natural rubber and cheaper synthetic compounds. The mounts are recommended for use in compression only, and are nonseismic rated. If you do require seismic rated mounts, please call our office for options.
Features
• Molded in oil-resistant Neoprene
• Zinc plated screws and washers are fitted
• Corrosion-free - metal parts embedded in Neoprene
• Non-skid base
Double Deflection Neoprene Mounts
The bases for NM-A and NM-B are 76mm square, providing excellent stability, and have 7.5mm holes at each of the four corners, offering a choice of fixing options. The NM-A stand 41mm high and are available in compression loads from 7-100Kgs, and the NM-B are 50mm high and are available in compression loads from 30-300Kgs . The NM-A are supplied with M8 screws and washers fitted and the NM-B have M10 screws and washers fitted.

Neoprene Wall Backed Mounts
These double deflection Neoprene mounts have been made specifically to fit on to strut cantilever brackets. The bases are about 45mm wide and 88mm long with two bolt holes (9.8mm) in the base at 64mm centres. They have an unladen height of 37mm and settle down to between 32 mm and 28 mm depending upon the load, and are designed for compression loads from 15-30 Kgs and 90-180 Kgs.

Vibratrol® Spring Isolator Kits
Vibratrol® spring isolator mounts offer superior quality and competitive pricing making them the ideal choice for use in the installation of evaporators and fan coil units when using timber base support or with drip trays.
Vibratrol® springs are made in Australia by a QS-9000 and IS09002 certified companies, complying with the relevant Australian Standards, zinc plated for protection against corrosion, and heat treated to ensure consistent performance characteristics.
