QC INSPECTION – Trial production

Quality Assurance (6) + QC (26) Partial QC on an order (500 pcs/= 50). All new items has to go through a trial production. A trial production means that the factory produces a percentage of a regular order according to approved pre production sample. This way we can ensure the production line can live up to the agreed pre production sample. We will check any potential issues during the trial production, such as pressure marks, stability, construction, packing, etc.
