REACH
REACH is a European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006).
This regulation is mandatory for all products placed on the European market both by importers and by European manufactures. The REACH regulation is a very complicated and extensive regulation, which set up requirements for both the importer and retailer. The legal department will make sure to update Actona with the changes to the regulation and will make sure that the Actona products are compliant.
