Here are answers to some common questions. Can I Do It? Can my family do it? Virtually anyone can rock climb. The guides at Acadia Mountain Guides say, “If you can climb a step ladder, you can climb.” It’s a great activity for an individual, couple, family or group that requires only a moderate level of fitness.
