Gilberts Review- Fabulous little seafood restaurant on the Portland waterfront that has great service, great seafood and great prices. Reccommendations: Start with the seafood chowder. Really tasty and LOADED with all sorts of seafood. Lobster roll is excellent, really light dressing so you can really taste the lobster and is made with a baked roll, not a hot dog bun. Also recommended are the onion rings, tasty and lightly battered, almost a tempura but with just a bit of cornmeal to give the batter a nice texture MMMM! Plenty of good looking daily specials as well. Prices are very reasonable across the board. Located in the historic section of the city, along the water, this is a genuine local restaurant that provides an exceptional experience with seafood. u

radbury Mountain has rapidly gained recognition as Maine’s premier state park for mountain biking! The beauty of the forested trails combined with the rolling topography and a proximity to a large population, has created a huge buzz amongst the biking community. This park has become a destination point for all levels of bikers, whether they are looking to teach their children what the sport is all about on our double track trails, or are trying to refine and challenge their own skills on our single track trails and skinny bridges. Our 20 miles of shared use trails are mostly maintained by our strong cadre of volunteers. Various mountain bike events are hosted throughout the season. u
