Chiba, Japan, 2004.  Program 16 apartments (25-30 m2). Site area 339,74 m2. Building area 243,04 m2. Three floors. Structure: Reinforced concrete. Finish Waterproof sheet roof. Exterior walls hydrophobic material on bare concrete. Architects Ryue Nishizawa, Kimihiko Okada, Yusuke Ohi, Ippei Takahashi. Structural engineer Hiroki Kume.
