In a degraded, peripheric setting, the project is proposed as the phase prior to a subsequent, hypothetical park. Three linear plant masses opening the space towards the south help it find a structure and also facilitate the organization of the different areas by the placing of emphatic artificial elements. Two Y-shaped pathways bisect the site on the bias.
