風雨蘭於年內舉辦專注於不同主題 的研討會,以發佈性暴力相關數字及 最新研究結果。風雨蘭同時參與了多 個研討會,與外界交流及分享,促進 不同界別於性別暴力議題的關注及 改善應對。 RainLily has held seminars in various focuses to release related figures and latest research results. In the past year, RainLily has also participated in multiples seminars organised by external parties to exchange on the issue and advocate for better responses in the area of sexual and gender-based violence.

性暴力在亞洲 國際研討會 在HKIAFS Foundation的支持下,風雨蘭於2018年6月1及2 日聯同香港大學犯罪學研究中心、香港大學社會學系及香港 大學公共衛生學院舉行了「性暴力在亞洲 - 國際研討會」。一連兩日的研討會 分別以一站式性暴力受害人介入服務及法律改革為主題。邀得來自英國、馬來 西亞、斯里蘭卡、泰國及台灣的專業人士介紹其性暴力介入服務模式。

With the support from HKIAFS Foundation, The Centre Symposium on for Criminology, the Department of Sociology, The Sexual Violence in Asia School of Public Health of the University of Hong Kong, and RainLily co-organised a two-day symposium on 1st and 2nd of June with professional guest speakers from the UK, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Taiwan to introduce their service model in intervening sexual violence.

香港基督教協進會性別公義促進小組 教內性騷擾經驗研究報告發佈會 風雨蘭於2018年6月24日出席了在九 龍佑寧堂舉行並由香港基督教協進 會性別公義促進小組主辦的《不再沉默—收集教內被性騷擾經驗》研究報告發佈會。香港 基督教協進會於會上就研究報告作簡單滙報,提出教會性暴力受害人的經驗與教會架構 、信仰論述及群體文化之關係,強調教內性騷擾的獨特性,並關注受害人沉默的原因和 檢視其求助經驗,逐向教會提出適切的獻議。風雨蘭總幹事於會上就性騷擾定義及處理 作出分析講解。風雨蘭於及後多個月亦跟進為多間教會提供相關諮詢及培訓。

Hong Kong Christian Council Gender Justice Group

RainLily has The Launch of Report on attended a Sexual Harassment in Church Contexts report release event organised by Hong Kong Christian Council gender justice group at Kowloon Union Church on 24 June 2018. The report on 'Breaking the Silence: Collecting Accounts of Sexual Harassment in Church Contexts' looked into the victim-survivors' experiences, the characteristic structure, institutional culture, and collectivity of churches. The report has a particular focus on reasons that keep victim-survivors in silence, and investigated into their help-seeking experience to propose suggestions for churches in response. RainLily's executive director has provided opinions on the definition and handling of sexual harassment cases. RainLily has also followed up in the months after the event by providing related consultation and training for churches.

Charles分享針對「影像性暴力」的法例及 保留證據的方法、明愛朗天計劃督導主任 江寶祥先生分享常見的偷拍手法及應對 方法及身體自主倡議者Emilia Wong分享 阻礙求助的因素。 Workshop on In hope to Image-Based foster more Sexual Violence discussion and enhance public awareness in the topic of Image-Based Sexual Violence (IBSV), RainLily has organised a workshop on 26 October 2018. Charles from the 'Law Lay Dream' team, Francis Kong from 'Caritas Specialised Treatment and Prevention Project against Sexual Violence', and Emilia Wong, activist for body autonomy had attended and shared on laws related to IBSV, responding methods, and the enabling culture that brings such hostility to public space.

Lorem ipsum 專業人士培訓 為了令社工、警員、記者、律師及醫護人員 等專業人士了解性暴力受害人的需要,以 及認識處理個案時的重點,風雨蘭本年度 為846名專業人士提供了共31節性暴力受 害人支援諮詢、培訓及專業講座。

Professional Training

Care-taking for victims of sexual violence requires sensitivity, as well as precision of evidence taking. During this year, RainLily has conducted 31 sessions of training and talks for 846 social workers, police, reporters, lawyers and health professionals.

風雨蘭透過連 結立法會議員 立法會議案 要求政府在公營醫院內增設 性暴力受害人及受虐兒童危機支援中心 ,促請政府增撥資源予醫院管理局,以按世界衞生組織 發出的《對性暴力受害人之醫療及法律支援指引》,分 別在新界區、港島區及九龍區公營醫院內各增設一間危 機支援中心,為性暴力受害人提供24小時一站式服務。 立法會議員陳沛然在2018年12月12日於立法會大會就 「要求政府在公營醫院內增設性暴力受害人及受虐兒童 危機支援中心」議案動議辯論。風雨蘭於大會當日與幸 存者及其他支持團體在場外表達對此議案的支持。議案 最後獲得跨黨派的支持一致通過。

LegCo's motion on Requesting the Government to set up crisis

support centres for sexual violence victims and abused children in public hospitals Through the continuous e orts in connecting LegCo members in urging the government to allocate additional resources to the Hospital Authority for, in accordance with the Guidelines for medico-legal care for victims of sexual violence issued by the World Health Organisation, setting up a crisis support centre in public hospitals respectively in the New Territories, on Hong Kong Island and in Kowloon to provide sexual violence victim with 24-hour one-stop services. The Legislative Council has held a debate session on 12 December 2018 for a motion moved by Dr Hon Pierre CHAN – ‘Requesting the Government to set up crisis support centres for sexual violence victims and abused children in public hospitals’. RainLily, along with survivors and other concern groups, has expressed support to the motion outside the council. The motion has received cross-party support and was passed unanimously.
