一站式危機中心

一站式危機中心 建立一個鼓勵受害者求助的環境是非常重要的。風雨蘭在九 龍和新界均設有24小時危機中心，致力結合輔導服務及集中 不同的專門服務於中心內進行，以避免受害人四出奔走於不 同的部門，減少受害人重複講述其痛苦經歷的次數。 危機中心地址保密，同時採取溫暖的家居式設計，環境安全舒適 而且保障私隱；設有輔導室、錄取口供的場地及設施外，亦有設備 完善的法醫檢查室和洗澡室。 在受害人同意下，由警方安排警員到危機中心，讓受害人不必奔波 ，在較為有安全感的環境下錄取口供；同時安排法醫檢查及由醫生 提供事後避孕及性病檢查，減免受害者覆述受害經驗；另外亦會按 受害人需要，提供危機介入及長期輔導。

One-Stop Crisis Centre

It was very important to establish an environment that encourages victims to seek help. RainLily has 24-hour crisis centres in Kowloon and the New

Territories, o ering victim-survivors the support they need. Combining di erent specialised services together, victim-survivors can be spared from running around and recounting their painful experience repeatedly.

The address of the crisis centres is strictly confidential to protect the privacy of service users. They have a warm and homey design with a safe and comfortable environment. Besides a counselling room and statement taking facilities, there are also a well-equipped forensic examination room and a showering room.

With the victim’s consent, police o cers would come directly to the crisis centre so that the victim can give the oral statements in a more familiar setting without the need to travel around. At the same time, forensic examination, post-coital contraception, and check-ups for sexually transmitted diseases are provided. In addition, crisis intervention and long-term counselling are given to victim-survivors according to their needs.
